      Pros

      The main office building in Southfield Michigan is nice and they take care of main HQ people much better than the field employees. Parking is easy.

      Cons

      Major cronyism at the executive level and upper management. If you don't keep your head down and stroke their egos you will be beaten, bullied, and made persona non grata. Beware IT, HR,and Accounting - they are the worse! The execs lie and they know it and laugh. Instead of dealing with the root problems they just move people around or get rid of them.

      Great environment and great staff. Many people I worked with where very kind and professional.

      Cons

      They could pay a bit more than minimum and promote more from within, and it could be a bit more organized.
