      Commissions are good when you can sell homes, lease homes. a good benefits package

      Cons

      all the hours you work is not worth the pay, managers should be entitled to holiday bonuses just as well as its community employees, because it is just not fair, They say we get commissions in place of holiday bonuses but as you know we work hard for our commissions with long hours to get quota so all you at the big house can succeed. With out us there would be no you!!!!!!!!

      Work with really good people Paid well for hard work They do what is right.

      Cons

      Be good at property management or this job will be tough. This is a results driven company and you will be held to a high standard. This is not really a con but you need to be the best :)
