Not a demanding job, good benefits, very generous vacation package!

Cons

low wages, no overtime, expected to answer emergency calls and flex schedule to keep under 40hrs per week. Little or no wages.

Cons

Need to have more educated support at corporate for your sales team. Need to have better protocol for when issues arise with employees to make sure they get FAIR treatment in all situations.

Paid holidays, decent amount of paid time off (4 weeks), benefits and HR department are very helpful, always kept busy

Cons

Pay is just over min wage starting at $11 an hour for full time, $10 an hour for part time in the same position. Hourly employees not paid enough for the work they do and customer service they give to the residents.
