My manager is the nicest guy I've ever come across. He is flexible with hours even if something comes up the day before. The pay is great and what's better than working at a campground??!

Cons

Working in reservations you always come across people who are rude and expect things free / special for them.

Pros

Good pay and great benefits (for managers, crap for other community employees). There are some quality managers and dedicated employees at the corporate office. Best time off program that I have seen.

Cons

Very stressful and seem to care more about numbers than people. Every year they found ways to reduce commissions and add job responsibilities. There is a disconnect between front line management and top management. It seems that the HR dept is taking over the company and certain policies are creating a disconnect within the company ranks.
