Great support system, everyone is so friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. They take care of their employees.

Cons

Pressure to sell homes as with any other company. Navigating thru knowledgebase.

Pros

This is the best company that I have ever worked for. Everyone is a team player, and is recognized for their hard work and dedication. Everyone is proud of their own work and work completed by others. There are so many perks I can't name them all. And Sun Communities has the friendliest employees and Management staff. I am lucky to be a part of the Sun family and team.

Cons

I haven't come across any disappointments so I can not add to this section.

Pros

Full time gets paid time off. Nothing hard about job.

Cons

Working in trailer park. Benefits (tuition reimburse, etc) are hard to obtain. Main Office out of touch with properties. Advancement of under qualified employees. No effective grievance process for conflicts at properties. "Old Boys Club".
