The culture at Sun Communities is the driving point. The company excels at propelling it's culture forward and treating it's team members with respect and dignity. The benefits that the company offers are also amazing!

Micro management, every regional manager has different rules and corporate has to many grey areas. Human resources is only there for the company, they only care about the money. Budgets do not match goals. Signed a commission agreement only for the new regional to say it doesn't matter you can not earn the. If you question the men that run the company they find a way to say you have a performance issue. Its started out great until they switched regional manager. Its not the staff at the property sometimes its the upper management they have in place.
