      Pros

      Excellent onboarding and support. Clear and obtainable expectations and goals. Very supportive Sr Mgmt. Fast paced & super fun work environment.

      Cons

      No cons necessary, however this position does requires a lot of time management, prioritizing and multi tasking to ensure a proper work life balance. These aren't at all cons, however if you're not used to a fast paced work environment you may become overwhelmed.

      Pros

      Everyone is treated like family at Sun. Yes we are a large corporation but the leadership values each and every employee and respects their opinions. The entire executive and senior leadership team at Sun is very transparent and strives for the best. The head of HR has taken this department to a whole new level due to his commitment and dedication to Sun and every employee.

      Would like better 401K match.
