      Pros

      Pros are if you work hard and commit to excelling with the tools that you are given, Sun gives you the opportunity to move up, because have been with Sun for 9 months and through hard work it has afforded me the opportunity to be promoted and I'm ready for more. The support system is great and the opportunity to excel at other properties are there, because the company is so large, your productivity is up to you. Professional growth to excel in a larger role is available to you.

      Cons

      Cons are the starting pay, but you can work to move up to larger properties with more sales commission opportunities.

      Great atmosphere, Fantastic Tenants, just do your job and go home.

      Cons

      There is no Communication, they will promise you everything & Anything, to get you to stay. Then, they will run you over as if you dont matter. Do Not work here. Nothing but Lies!

      Flexibility in scheduled work hours. Doublewide Cafe.

      Cons

      Sabotage and Belittling. HR does a standup job not listening or supporting employees. Lack of "basic" human resources abilities made working at Sun difficult when it came down to getting clarity on policies and practices along with benefits. Not enough support for lower level, even though it appears that it is until you see nothing changing and management still at it. Turnover over some of the dumbest situations. No reprimands or write-ups, just fired.
