Pros
employee benefits and perks are great if you're outspoken, competent and passionate, you'll do well.
Cons
Pressure is placed on middle management while senior level is not held accountable at all and that's where the primary problems are. not much incentive to go above and beyond. poor performers are not dealt with as they should be.
