      Pros

      I really like my job and my team. There seems to be room for advancement too. I've have held two different positions in the company and both jobs were great. I felt like a part of a team and encouraged.

      Cons

      Some residents can be difficult and are stressful to deal with.

      Company has a great internal training program. Company has excellent benefits package. Company is very conscientious of keeping their prosperities up and listening to their residents. Company likes to promote from within.

      Pay appears to be lower than local industry standards for this position which has gained more responsibilities over the last year due to local restructuring.
