      Good Pay and Perks, Not all Managers are Created Equal

      Pros

      Good pay, onsite fitness center with free classes and personal training, yearly bonus and raises. *Good portion of the managers want to help you grow and develop.

      Cons

      Depending on department you could be looking at a lot of hours making it difficult to have a fair work/life balance. There are definitely some bad apples when it comes to middle-upper Management. Those who have a bad attitude and do not treat everyone with respect. Those who do not have a good line of communication with their team, and the last thing on their mind is mentoring or developing their team members.

      Pros

      The recognize and develop talent. They actually care about the end user experience as well as the team members (which is not something i say lightly having worked for some pretty abysmal companies before). The opportunities for those willing to work and try are excellent.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's long shifts and it feels like you're always on the clock, but where isn't that true? I think that's more the nature of the job then the company, and i have to put something here.

      Pros

      My first full year as a manager I won a trip to the Bahamas. I couldn't have done this without the first class support staff, both at agency level, and all the way up to the main office. There is always someone to help us succeed.
