      Pros

      It's been one year since I started working here and I have learned so much and every day we are learning something new.

      Cons

      The only down side I think is the change in how commissions are paid out now. There are three OC's here and you can only split with one person where as before it was split evenly with the three of us. I would love to see the system updated so that can happen or go back to the split sheet.

      Low compensation and little room to expand career. Poor work/life balance. Increased greed becoming evident from upper management.
