      Pros

      Sun Communities offers limitless opportunity to advance and promote up within the organization. The support staff is fabulous and quick to assist with any concerns.

      Cons

      I literally have nothing negative to say about my experience working with Sun Communities, I have been here for 2 years now and managed 3 different communities and I can't imagine working anywhere else. This is definitely not a job it's a career!

      Pros

      The community offers so much room for growth not just with promotions, and they are limitless, but within the scope of management. I love it. it is like an education on a daily basis. I love you Sun!!! and yes, thank you for the wonderful training. it was Empowering!!!

      Cons

      a little stressful I will admit, but not in anyway that will bring you down. Everyone I am in direct contact with has been where I am, so the support is great. really no down side.

      Pros

      Management is always looking for new ways to improve processes. Teammates are empowered to identify pain points, look for solutions to resolve them and them implement them. Management is very responsive to the teams needs. Excellent benefits - 24 hr gym w shower/towel service, free personal trainers, free Starbucks on site.

      Cons

      Main office location is not in a happening downtown area.
