Pros
Co workers are great when you have them.
Cons
Maintenance workers cycle in and out every 6 months. Little or zero overtime. Being on call and not getting paid for it is fantastic. and if you do come for an emergency, you are expected to go home early when management let's you?!? Expect to snow plow for free. My time is worth something.
