Pros

The company has no pros concerning its employees. They do not provide a living wage to there employees while making a billion dollar profit annually.

Cons

Maintenance Techs, should have a starting rate of at least 15/hr. The Maintenance Supervisor should start at $18/hr. Both based of of experience in the field. Paying your Maintenance Techs $12/hr with 30 cent yearly raises is a slap in the face. No wonder the turnover at this position is extremely high. First of all at $12/hr you can't attract the right personel to apply for the position. Then if you do, 30 cents a year, with no incentives as far as rent bonuses, or sale bonuses, like the office people receive, then u won't keep them.
