Pros

Paid holidays, decent amount of paid time off (4 weeks), benefits and HR department are very helpful, always kept busy

Cons

Pay is just over min wage starting at $11 an hour for full time, $10 an hour for part time in the same position. Hourly employees not paid enough for the work they do and customer service they give to the residents.

Lack of leadership and backing of management. Alot of work and hard to get great employees to stay.
