      Job security, benefits, culture. They do listen and understand the struggles we face on the team and look for ways to improve. The company is constantly growing.

      Cons

      It’s a lot of work, at times it can be unrealistic to keep up with everything needed. It’s hard to take time off and be completely checked out. Still checking emails and staying on top of work while away.
