Pros

You get to meet a lot of nice people and do different things every day

Cons

The pay is insulting. the pay raises are a slap in the face, Cashiers at some stores make more starting out than we do and we are skilled tradesmen .

Pros

Good pay, onsite fitness center with free classes and personal training, yearly bonus and raises. *Good portion of the managers want to help you grow and develop.

Cons

Depending on department you could be looking at a lot of hours making it difficult to have a fair work/life balance. There are definitely some bad apples when it comes to middle-upper Management. Those who have a bad attitude and do not treat everyone with respect. Those who do not have a good line of communication with their team, and the last thing on their mind is mentoring or developing their team members.
