Pros

Sun allows me to have a good time at work. Allows me to be positive, to be kind, to be outgoing. As for the actual job, all the tools necessary, are at my disposal. The support staff makes it a hard to fail scenario. Couldn't ask for better.

Cons

There are no downsides. Sun's culture allows you to make it what it is.

Pros

Customer Service and Innovation are #1 & #2 Priorities for Sun and they stand solid behind their commitments. Whether you are working at the community level or the main office level all employees are valued with The Golden Rule , treat others and you wish to be treated is the standard that drives day to day operations! Great place to work and grow!!

Cons

If you like change this is the place for you! If not, and if change comes hard for you this may not be your cup of tea. Pace is fast and focus is required to keep up with this dynamic corporation!
