      Pros

      This is a big company but it doesn't feel that way. The internal concierge team is so helpful, such an underrated resource that we have. Many layers of support from my RVPs/DVP, I always feel appreciated.

      Cons

      Tighten up closing audits for faster commission payouts. Other than that nothing.
