      Pros

      They make your job interesting and enjoyable. The people are great and the perks you get are amazing. I never felt so valuable as an employee. Management always takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns.

      I have not experienced and "cons" at all.

      Pros

      Sun Communities is an amazing company for many reasons. The opportunities are boundless if you are willing to grow. The Sun University program is full of information and teachings to better ourselves. The outreach from our RVP's and DVP' as well as the corporate office is outstanding.

      Cons

      There would only be one CON I have and that is sometimes it is hard to get answers from the corporate office or our RVP's because they are just to busy to respond to us.
