Pros

The employees are genuinely nice and friendly. There are pockets of very talented individuals and if you can find the good teams they're worth joining.

Cons

The entire US company is going thru change yet again. It never ends and the constant restructuring has at this point worn out both the employee morale and wallet.

Pros

The place has great benefits, including over 20 PTO days and 10 sick days. Health insurance is relatively cheap, too.

Cons

Since it is a public company, bonuses are dependent on earnings after they are paid out in dividends. They cut people left and right during times of poor revenues. No upward mobility, only management gets promotions.

Pros

There are no pros to working there.

Cons

Work Load is too much for the claims examiners. Management consistantly makes employees feel worthless. If you do not complete the work they want or if you ask for help. Management will find a reason to write you up. Management leaves on time while the employees are forced to stay and complete claims.
