Happy with SunTrust - only one minor flaw in my opinion.

Pros

Many training opportunities - get paid while traveling to training and meetings plus mileage. Great hours, good support from management when needing time off. Customer service is a blast as you get to meet different people and see different people every day. Bonuses available for giving great customer service and receiving a score of 100% for your service - $100 every three months! Most of the staff are friendly. There are some that are not the friendliest, but you get that anywhere.

Cons

Difficult to meet your monthly sales goals; especially if you are at a branch that is not in a high income area, is somewhat secluded, or is in the country.

Pros

SunTrust does offer good selection of benefits. My boss is one of the best I have ever had. My co-workers are solid and competent. I have extreme flexibility in the hours I can work. The work is a challenge.

Cons

There is a glass ceiling if you are a female. It is also hard to get a decent salary raise once you are hired so ask for it firmly up front. If you are not a golden child or favorite then you might find it hard to advance.

Great Customer Service Job

Pros

Great hours, Great customer service job-not really a sales job although they want to make you think it is. Some branch managers are great! Mine is awesome... some not so much.

Cons

No real bonus opportunity. There are a lot of long time employee's so that makes it difficult to get promoted from within. also, annual raises are almost non-existent, no overtime.
