      Pros

      Some of the customers are great to work with. Depending on your manager is how much you will like this place. I didn't like the first manager I had, the knew one is more knowledgable and willing to help you succeed. Wish they were all like that.

      Cons

      policies changes all the time. Training is horrible. The training is very basic and when you go in to the real job everything you learned is wrong and a large amount of things are not covered. Important things, like things that you could get in trouble for. They expect you to know things you were never taught. That's why you're lucky if you get a manager who points you in the right direction.

      Pros

      Great benefits and 401(k) program. SunTrust matches up to 5% of your pay. You get two weeks of paid vacation when you start (for financial services representative).

      Cons

      Unreasonable sales goals. Pathetic incentive program, it is nearly impossible to get paid for opening accounts, loans, cd's, etc. Hours at an In-Store branch are pretty inconvienient to work, but not the worst. Overall there are some good things, but low wages, frustrating policies, and never having time to do everything that's expected of you sour the deal quite a bit.
