Pros

Great training, flexible hours, nice benefits

Cons

Area managers really push you to meet referral numbers. Because of this, your pleasant personality starts to become more aggressive and you find yourself becoming a different person just because of all the pressure. I would get referrals, just not the 6 referrals that were required PER DAY! I didn't like who they wanted me to be (pushy and aggressive) and that is why I resigned.

Pros

- Great base pay and incentives: If you make your quarterly goals you will get compensated very well - Recognition for results - the company recognizes top performers with verbal and monetary recognition

Cons

- Micromanagement: You will have a daily conference/productivity call in the morning, afternoon, and night to report your numbers. If you are not making your numbers you will be required to stay after hours and make calls. - Top performers get rewarded with trips and incentives even though they are not generating results in an ethical manner and leadership turns a blind eye to this unethical performance because they get incentives for the performance. - Lack of teamwork: compete against your peers and other branches for clients.

Pros

Pros: - opportunities to move between departments if make the right networking connections - locally good people on team

Cons

Cons: - management too focused on "politics" instead of doing the right thing - lack of courage to make tough decisions (always deferring to higher management layer) - insincere, passive aggressive management (don't mean what they say to your face, prefer to blindside you during performance review) - underpaid long term employees (pay raise "rules" force high performing, long term employees to leave in order to be paid market)
