Pros
The Clients are wonderful. Teller's that are great at sales can be promoted to Universal Bankers.
Cons
Promotions are purely based on who you know. Retail employees are micro managed to death. If your sales are not ABOVE 100% to goal then you're told that you're not "Helping Clients". Client leads assigned to you by your manager are always poor so you must become stellar at cold calling SunTrust Bank clients. You will need to know going in that this job is a 100% sales job even though they will not not use the word "Sales". Any time spent servicing clients must translate into points towards making your goals or otherwise you will need to stay late for multiple call nights.
