4 10's and that's because the employees fought for it

Cons

OSHA Violations everywhere, Dangerous place to work, Profits over any and everything. Open air painting, welding, weld cutting. Corporate cares nothing for it's employees and will violate ethics in a heart beat.

Zero pros. Not a strong company who reacts to investor groups by mass firing.

Cons

Everything. This company is kept going by their senior hourly staff. Corporate has zero touch of reality, manufacturing or employee pulse/morale. They will most likely close the smaller locations soon.
