      All necessary requirements will be attempted to be fulfilled. the staff there are exceptional and remarkable the schedule and location are both highly favorable

      Cons

      not all management but poor management it is not safe to work in the shop. a lot of people that don't know what they're doing their vacation system doesn't work extremely high turnover rate so you have a whole bunch of people that don't know what they are doing. so you're constantly having to train or do their job
