Pros

Guess they raised rates and hired more help right after I left but it was so hard to get good help post covid. Was doing the work of 2 people without a pay increase. Not I hear they start you out at a decent pay and you do the job you were hired for and nothing else.

Cons

Didn’t seem to get anywhere unless you are willing to step on other people.

Cons

Works with all women and they including the supervisor wants to know if your liberal and political party, even after I said I was not going to vote.

Compensation is low for market value Management says they promote transparency and positive change but they really don’t. Work life balance for most in field service is non-existent
