The work atmosphere was very employee-friendly. As comfortable as an office environment could be. Co-workers were the best I've ever encountered. Very supportive, team environment. Lots of community outreach activities and inter-office events and special days. We were able to create our own business at our desk and the freedom to grow that business in the way that best fit our individual personality. The office has a great break room and we could have snacks at our desk anytime we needed. The office is located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops to enjoy on our lunch breaks. Great benefits package as well as the opportunity to increase your salary and move up on the sales floor.

I have been with Sunbelt for a number of years and have seen my career and earnings grow each and every year. We are given the tools and support to run our business and leadership is there to guide us in the right direction. I feel supported professionally and just as much personally as the team really cares about each other. No only is my manager engaged with me but the rest of the leadership team does as well. Our President, Howard Gerber, regularly participates in our training but also checks on each individual to make sure all is going well with their lives. That level of support is what makes Sunbelt a great place to be.
