From the compensation and incentives to the company culture, Sunbelt has been the best company I have worked for. They genuinely believe in creating a culture where their employees feel valued and cared for as people, as well as giving them every tool needed to be successful professionally. This community is what keeps people here, especially in an industry that is highly competitive.
Cons
Staffing is a very competitive industry and has it's challenges, which means it's not for everybody. That can lead to seeing people you've built relationships leaving for an industry that may suit them better, and having to say good bye.
