Great field staff. Easy to work with peers. Puts patient care as a priority. Everyone on the team works together and support each other to ensure top care for all patients.

Cons

The company services a large area so there is the possibility of increased time and distance between patients.

Pros

The leadership team is dynamic. Patients, patient families and employees are all treated with the utmost respect and consideration. I've never worked with a team of people so willing to pull together as a team without hesitation. This work culture creates an environment which creates harmony, effective communication and exceptional clinical outcome. Suncrest is truly impressive on multiple levels. Work life balance is great, family is very important to the management team and it shows.

Cons

Biggest con is our growth has been exceptional, which means we need to hire quickly. However, we would prefer to find the right person with the qualifications and attitude over a qualified person with a questionable attitude.
