Pros
Their pay is average for the industry - health benefits are covered for the employee. As with any company, there are some wonderful people that work there - very devoted, very caring.
Cons
There is an incredible amount of employee turnover for such a young company (90%). This creates a problem for the patients and their families; they cannot trust that their caregivers will be there for the long-term. There seems to be a genuine lack of trust and confidence in upper management. People are very disposable at this company.
