Experience is good. Training is offered. Schedule is somewhat flexible. Not a whole lot is expected from you. Customers are nice

Cons

Everything else sucks. They play favorites they don't value hard work. They don't care about employee turnover. Management does whatever they want with employees. Employees are underpaid.
