Base Salary and benefits (mainly because of an EU funding, otherwise I do think they would pay that salary in Greece)

Cons

Useless management. Absolute absent of leadership and plan. Health & Safety culture also absent. HR sucks. They are incapable of dealing with anything else than your annual leave days. Really a joke team there.

There is nothing positive for the practices that the ''technical managers'' of this company follow.

Cons

- "Plagiarism as a Service" culture - Clueless and rude people pretending to be ''engineers'' - If you join them, be very careful with what you share with the ''technical managers'' - Incompetent and unethical individuals acting as ''mid-level managers'' at any function - No serious person can be related for long-term with this company

Not good place to work, toxic people and environment. Toxic people attach themselves like cinder blocks tied to your ankles and then invite you for a swim in their poisoned waters. No future for kick starters
