Pay check on time.Thats it.

Cons

Cliks run the show.Close friends and family along with Yes men run the company.No real chance for personal growth.Anyone who is different gets fired and labeled "not good for us". Top management is a joke! Currrent CEO has not worked in his entire life anywhere else than Sunlight, getting promotions every 6-12 months... HR is aware of the problems but do nothing since they get their salaries.

I don't really know from which point to start and where to finish.... Medieval environment Zero culture Not really desire to change long hours with no life balance no respect to the employee even if they say they do managers to laugh at especially the older ones
