      Pros

      You will feel that you work with a big company. The feeling will leave you a few weeks after.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. CEO is a career climber with no training and no CEO mentality. Operations management is non-existent. It is all smoke and mirrors. If you are a scientist abroad, for God's sake STAY AWAY! This is not the company you may be led to believe it is.

      - you feel you work in a big company....the first 10 days - salaries on time -work/life balance

      Cons

      - chaos, noone knows who is responsible for anything -things run too slow -no personal development and advancement if you do not have good connections withn the company, cliques run the show -you can be fired anytime if you dont have good connections

      The biggest trap!

      Pros

      You 'll deal with an interesting field in engineering, however ...

      Cons

      The company is completely unfamiliar with values such as meritocracy and constancy. You 'll have to be prepared for the worst ... They may kick you out anytime with no excuse or warning. If you dont have the ''right'' connections don't waste your time! You 'll be full of fake promises and zero opportunities.
