Pros
Nice and innovative products but... there is a big 'but'
Cons
The company has some significant issues in how it treats its employees, making it far from an ideal workplace even in Greece's broken job market. The salary offered is well below average, so I strongly recommend thoroughly researching the job market to know your true worth before considering a position here. Be prepared to negotiate for the compensation you rightfully deserve as the company's standards in this regard are disappointingly LOW. Flexibility is sorely lacking. The company shows skepticism about remote work or providing any semblance of autonomy. In a time when many companies are embracing modern work practices Sunlight remains stuck in outdated ways. Micro-management is all over the place. Despite a few exceptions, the prevailing culture leans heavily toward micromanaging employees. This stifles creativity, professional growth and overall job satisfaction. It's time for companies like Sunlight to realize that Greece has moved beyond 2015. Job seekers have more options now and prioritize workplaces that foster adaptability and offer fair compensation!
