Good benefits are provided to employees that include health benefits 401k plans education reimbursement employee assistance and a good group of employee networks

Cons

Great company in a period of change that comes from the economy and the industry conditions. People are working hard to more with less, but that is not unique to Sunoco

Pros

There are manufacturing facilities in the Philadelphia area if you are looking for a job with minimal travel. Sunoco's headquarters and commercial offices are also located in the Delaware Valley area.

Cons

The company strategy has been to downsize both its people and refining assets. Because of the drastic changes to the company, morale has been very low.

Good benefits, tuition reimbursement, business casual dress code, 9/80 work schedule

Cons

High stress levels, no job security, and low morale. New Management continuously makes changes - too many changes in a short period of time. Many people were laid off or outsourced in the past few years. People take on extra work for no extra pay.
