Pros

Salary and benefits are above avarage. Field and corporate are very nice to work with. Helpful district and Regional managers.

Cons

You work 55 hours and more a week. Headquarters keeps cutting hours and expects same amount of work to be.Expects Managers to work more hours to get everything done.No job security company buys and sells stores at will just sold 145 stores and laid-off a lot of employees in 2009.
