Pros

Employees are likable, friendly, and helpful to others. Nice café and small gym in the building. Moving to impressive building in the foothills this fall.

Cons

Company culture is not conducive to high morale. Questionable managerial ethics. High and unpredictable turnover. Management often on different pages...

Pros

Great initial training pitches off the runway for new hires but I didn't think It was a good use of time and money to go all the way to Tuscon for a week of training.

Cons

My greatest dissatisfaction was the physical work environment. Very difficult to focus and concentrate on your tasks with constant physical and verbal distractions (stuffed in a small room with many other coworkers). I felt extreme disappointment and distraction in the workplace. Mandatory training tests that have nothing to do with your job tasks.

Good opportunities; vacant management

Pros

It may be different now, but when I started the company was hiring people new to the industry. That was great - giving people experience and a stepping stone for their career. Opportunities abound to improve yourself here; there is more than enough work and encouragement to pick up new skills and take on projects.

Cons

Do not expect appreciation in any form, unless you are hand selected by upper management to begin with. In fact, expect resentment and a total lack of support. I often disagreed with the direction my department was going in and decisions being made, but the lack of unity amongst the teams prevented any progress from being made. The lack of true leadership and trust was the main obstacle in almost all issues.
