Pros

several products.good marketing team. They do an excellent job of pitching what is not there. Sales teams can sell ice to an eskimo.

Cons

Several gaps in the product; very poor implementation. No strategy on how to cope with commitments. Sales commits but implementation cannot handle the bandwidth.Clients are disgruntled. Don't be swayed by their SUG meetings. They try to portray themselves as Apple or something. Most VP's are pretty useless in terms of contributions (especially the one's who have been there for more than 4 years.) Very political environment. Lots of favoritism and inconsistent enforcement of policies. Not really a flexible work environment. No good on boarding or training. You are left to fend for yourself with no sense of direction. But you will be measured on your performance from the get go. They use a 3 month review system. Not an equal opportunity employer. They will collect a lot of information under the guise of tests and evaluations. Don't fall for it. HR team closely monitors all reviews and every time there is a negative review almost immediately a 4 star review is posted. Some managers are so unqualified they use people who report to them to do all the work which they pass off as their own. You will belong here if you are homogenous with the crowd. For people of color- Join only if you are thick skinned and are ok being treated as a second class citizen. The rules you face are different from what the majority faces.

Pros

They give you a lot of responsibility, especially if you work remotely from home The clients are friendly The technical aspects provide a lot of opportunity to learn more about the technical side of the business and product while acting as a PM Colleagues are friendly and competent The salary wasn't horrible, but not great

Cons

The entire leadership (including CEO) and middle leadership teams have been culled in the past year (this also includes Directors, etc). Lots of turnover Recent un-announced layoffs/cuts (I am starting to look elsewhere because they just cut several people without warning to them, clients or us this past January).
