      They Hire and Give Opportunities to Juniors

      Cons

      Not a great place. Some of the old senior folks do not share information. Juniors are made to review performance of seniors which is very demeaning. Lot of regional politics. UK onshore folks do not allow or entertain Indian counterparts. Makes it a tough environment to work in.
