Sunquest Information Systems reviews

Sunquest used to be a great place to work but it isn't any more! Senior leadership is incompetent and ineffective. The executive team lacks vision and has no idea how to execute. They set unrealistic goals and people who try to explain the gap between the goal and reality are "negative" and suddenly don't work there anymore. They are hemorrhaging talent and there is no end in sight! They are cutting costs as others have commented but only at the operations level. The executives still enjoy weekends at Miraval and trips to the Superbowl. They have executive advisory board meetings in the caribbean where they bark orders to work harder from their BlackBerrys while sipping Corona. It is disgusting. Human Resources is a joke. Their processes are very flawed and it is only a matter of time before there is a lawsuit. Several people I know have had the opportunity but most don't want to tarnish their image in a small industry. There are plenty of places to work in Tucson - stay away from this one. It is bright and shiny on the outside and toxic on the inside.

Don't treat people with true respect or provide paths up. Use you up then cast you out. While talking about growth it's actually about cutting and controlling all costs.
