Great opportunities for entry level, low salary ranges

Pros

Sunquest is a great place to get your feet wet so to speak. There are alot of great people who have worked here a very long time. Almost all the coworkers here are helpful in getting you up to speed and assisting whenever an issue comes along that is outside of your subject matter area.

Cons

Low pay scales, and confused corporate vision and directives. Managment seems to be going through sort of a gimmicky phase where they keep trying strange approaches to common problems that just don't help out much in the end.

Blood suckers that prey on the smartest, naive employees. Once they get all they can, their loyalty is gone.

Pros

Opportunity to build your resume is the only reason you should work at a place like Sunquest. Money is terrible, and internally very few understand the system and how to make customers happy.

Cons

This company is all about taking advantage of all of its employees. The ironic thing is most employees don't understand that working 60 hours a week, traveling often, and putting up with 5+ conference calls a week for $12/hr is a way of control. Most employees at Sunquest are mindless robots that are scared to step out of line and help customers in a real way.

Pros

Ping pong table and covered parking.

Cons

I don't know where to start. 1. The team next to me (copath), used to shout at each other. I am not joking, The junior team members were getting chewed everyday. 2. Some of the managers "MicroManaged" alot. 3. No respect for employees. Even the managers thought themselves as god and didn't respect us at all. 4. Low low pay.
