Great staff, low wages

Pros

Loved working with daytime & evening crews, holiday gift bags, knowing job duties, good relationship with residents & their families, can move up in career if you desire

Cons

Corruption within organization- residents pay thousands of dollars a month and pay for extra care but don't get it, ALWAYS short staffed, favoritism, unprofessionalism from department heads, no appreciation from department heads

Pros

They work with your hours and the residents were nice. It was a nicely decorated loaction and had good coworkers.

Cons

Low pay, almost always short staffed, meaning more work for others, and lead CNAs took advantage of position and left their work to everyone else.
