      Pros

      I have been able to move up into higher paying positions at a reasonable rate. Salaries raises happen yearly. Management has a good open door policy and listens to your concerns. Action is taken very quickly on those concerns. The statement "We champion the lives of all seniors" is a living truth. The residents are our #1 concern. Very good ALC and REM coordinators who care for their seniors. Good health benefits for those working over 30 hours.

      Cons

      Lots of middle management turnover. A little lower pay for care managers than some surrounding senior communities.

      Pros

      Sunrise is filled with passionate team members that exude dedication second to none. At Sunrise we are here to serve our residents and we ensure they receive the highest quality of care and services we have to offer. Team members are proud of what is accomplished everyday.

      Cons

      Many resources can be a downfall .The support is evident, but often too much involvement in decision making.
