TeamLink provided me every Job Aid needed for my position, this ensured that I can be self-sufficient. I really appreciated that!

Cons

Reviewing what I now know as truth, Sunrise operated against Ownership wishes (probably to further line the pockets of the ever growing upper management collective) and it wasn’t until Sunrise lost the management contract that I’ve learned how FAR off the mark we really were. Sunrise vision under the new CEO wanted more youthful residents that could age in place but then pushed for high acuity as if we were skilled nursing. Sunrise frequently pushed new ideas, software, policies and procedures; creating an environment that kept you in constant change.
