      Sweet residents can't overshadow poor management and work-life balance

      The residents and families are sweet

      Cons

      There is nothing good about this company anymore! No one wants to work here anymore! My whole building is looking for other jobs. No work life balance, upper management is horrible and doesn’t care about anyone but themselves! The ED is rude and incompetent. So many negatives with Sunrise. If this review gets buried, look at most recent reviews instead of popular!

      Bad from the Beginning

      Cons

      Upper management plays favorites and often comes across as entitled rather than supportive. There is a lack of leadership, coaching, and employee development. Communication is poor, and management frequently appears to be on their phones instead of being present and engaged with staff. The work environment can feel discouraging, and employees deserve stronger leadership, fairness, and support.
