The client's are wonderful and a joy to work with. If you have a heart for people, high tolerance for stress, and flexible boundaries then you would do well here. The coworkers in the Supported Living division of Sunrise are such great people. They also offer some flexibility.

Cons

CLF's do not get paid enough for what they do. I have been in similar positions at other companies and you have one job for the same pay. At Sunrise the expectations of CLF's are unreasonable. It's really like having 2-5 jobs. Many jobs are stressful in Human Services, but this one is the worst job I have had.
